Tony Crolla

Born in Edinburgh in 1968, Tony Crolla is a second-generation Italian Scot, with both of his parents from Picinisco. Tony is now the managing director of the renowned Vittoria Hospitality Group in Edinburgh. This group comprises seven diverse venues across the city, offering a blend of Italian and Scottish culinary traditions, from authentic Italian dishes to classic fish and chips. Tony’s business perfectly exemplifies his hybrid Italian and Scottish identity. Despite speaking, eating, and drinking Italian, and serving his food to Scottish people, Tony primarily identifies as a European.
